Mar 20 - Blue Mountains-Featherdale Wildlife Park, Darling Harbour

The bus picked me up at 8am for the tour of the Blue Mountains. It was a little hokey going on a tour bus, but it was convenient and the driver was fairly entertaining. Our first stop was the Bilbin Fruitbowl for a morning snack. Then onto Govett's leap for photo op. Then Katoomba and Echos point for a little hike around the Three Sisters and lunch. The scenery was AWESOME! Then a little further down we stopped for an opportunity to ride the scenic railway STRAIGHT down the hill and then back up the cable car, Sceniscender. On the way back to Sydney we stopped at the Featherdale Wildlife Park for an hour. Just time for a quick look at the animals. It was pretty cool, because they had lots of 'roos and wallabies hopping around as you walked around. We also cruised through Homebush bay where the olympics were held.

I had the bus drop me off at Darling Harbour instead of my hotel. I got some delicious fish & chips from the Blue Fish Cafe. Walked around the harbour a bit and then back to my hotel.
